A leading technology company invites you to join their team as: ON-SITE SUPPORT ENGINEER Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Associate's degree in Informatics or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in ICT support Desirable certifications or courses: ITIL and CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Knowledge: \-Windows 10 or higher \-Microsoft Office 365 \-Knowledge of a ticketing system such as Service Now or similar Responsibilities: \-Provide technical support to users; incidents and requests: maintain their PCs, laptops, printers, videoconferencing rooms, and telephony systems operating optimally by attending and resolving both hardware and software incidents and requirements on-site until resolution \-Collaborate with the management of IT equipment inventory. \-Coordinate hardware maintenance activities through external vendors.
