Ensures compliance with customer requirements, from machine component design to power generation systems creation and industrial processes optimization. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and development of products and systems, including machinery, engines, tools, equipment, robotics, and control systems * Seek ways to improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability of mechanical systems and processes * Conduct analyses and tests to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability of systems and components * Perform research and development to create new technologies and innovative solutions * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, technicians, and specialists in other fields to execute complex projects * Optimize the use of human, technical, and computer resources * Participate in the development of new technologies and processes, as well as in the creation of new businesses or ventures * Creation of visual aids * Flowchart development * Review and interpretation of blueprints * Workstation design * Comply with basic quality system requirements * Ensure external quality results through improvements, procedure follow-up, and established line controls * Promote at all times within the plant that ALL personnel follow established procedures and that quality is a priority for everyone in the facility.
