




Provides leadership and support to the operations and engineering team, as well as to value supply areas. Ensures compliance with customer requirements, from machine component design to power generation systems creation and industrial processes optimization. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Design and development of products and systems, including machinery, engines, tools, equipment, robotics, and control systems * Seek ways to improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability of mechanical systems and processes * Conduct analyses and tests to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability of systems and components * Perform research and development to create new technologies and innovative solutions * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of engineers, designers, technicians, and specialists in other fields to execute complex projects * Optimize the use of human, technical, and computer resources * Participate in the development of new technologies and processes, as well as in the creation of new businesses or ventures * Creation of visual aids * Flowchart development * Review and interpretation of blueprints * Workstation design * Comply with basic quality system requirements * Ensure external quality results through improvements, procedure follow-up, and established line controls * Promote at all times within the plant that ALL personnel follow established procedures and that quality is a priority for everyone in the facility.
