




**Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in accounting or related technical field. Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting **Experience:** 1\.\- Accounts payable (payment scheduling, verifying receipts, etc.) and accounts receivable to follow up and support billing and very old balances. 2\.\- REPSE follow-up 3\.\- Preparation of monthly and annual Mexican account reconciliations (balance sheet accounts) 4\.\- General Accounting (accounting records, journal entries, disbursement vouchers and checks) 5\.\- Generation of fund transfer request reports to corporate 6\.\- Bank portal management for uploading supplier data and amounts to be paid weekly and/or as required 7\.\- Control and tracking of company fixed assets (MX) 8\.\- Participation in Fixed Asset inventory 9\.\- Participation in physical inventories 10\.\- PLEX system handling **Skills:** 50% English, Good communication Negotiation skills Metrics proficiency Ability to prepare reports and technical documents Advanced Excel knowledge Job type: Full-time Salary: $7,389\.34 \- $21,004\.60 per month Benefits: * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work schedule: * Monday to Friday Work location: On-site employment
