Knowledge of parametric and rendering software. Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design, or related field Minimum of 2 years recent and stable experience in Urban Design **Professional responsible for planning and shaping urban spaces such as streets, plazas, parks, and buildings to create functional, sustainable, and livable environments.** **Responsibilities:** * Generate planning and design ideas, conduct research, document precedents and case studies, develop diagrams, represent site plans, and contribute to a wide range of graphic and visual production. * Conceptual design skills for projects of varying complexity and scale, integrating interdisciplinary criteria to effectively advance urban planning and design. * Effectively communicate with the team through written, oral, and visual means. * Actively collaborate with the work team. * Efficient time and workload management to meet project deadlines and task commitments. * Interaction and project reviews with senior designers and other team members. * Demonstrate initiative, process innovation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail. * Bring energy, enthusiasm, and creativity.
