We are looking for a **Technology Facilitator** committed to educational innovation and the development of digital skills in high school students. Your primary role will be to guide students in the responsible, creative, and technical use of technological tools, promoting critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital literacy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and deliver technology, computer science, and/or programming classes and workshops. * Implement educational projects integrating digital tools, robotics, design, or multimedia based on the IMSA (Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy) curriculum. * Promote active and collaborative learning through the use of technological platforms and resources. * Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. * Stay updated on technological trends and innovative teaching methodologies. * Collaborate with other teachers to integrate technology across different subject areas. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum of 1–2 years teaching at the upper secondary level or working on technological educational projects. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in educational software, office applications, digital platforms, basic programming (Python, Java, Scratch, etc.), and design or robotics tools (desirable). * **Skills:** Effective communication, empathy, leadership, creativity, and ability to motivate youth. **We Offer:** * A collaborative and innovative work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Participation in high-impact technological and educational projects. * This position is offered through professional fees.
