Statistical evaluation of suppliers 2\. Quality certification with suppliers 3\. Participate in process documentation activities. 4\. Define inspection criteria and procedures for in\-process and finished products 5\. Ensure quality assurance for new products. 6\. Analyze reports and suggest corrective/preventive actions. 7\. Randomly supervise storage, loading, and shipment procedures for finished products 8\. Maintain ISO 9000 and FSSC 22000 certifications 9\. Support quality audits for ISO 9000, FSSC 22000, and customer audits. 10\. Propose new products and lightweighting solutions to customers, as well as conduct statistical evaluations of them. 2\. Product Specifications 1\. Negotiate quality requirements with customers 2\. Develop measurement systems and methods. 3\. Ensure calibrated and certified equipment 4\. Ensure product specification results. 5\. Propose and review new products with customers, ensuring compliance with agreed specifications. 3\. Customer Satisfaction through Differentiated Technical Service 1\. Develop customer visit programs and ensure their implementation 2\. Participate in the technical development of new customers. 3\. Participate in development testing and introduction of new products. 4\. Conduct evaluations by analyzing data and prepare reports with improvement recommendations. 5\. Periodically evaluate customer satisfaction 6\. Advise and train customers on proper handling of glass containers on their production lines. 4\. Highly Qualified Personnel in Their Roles 1\. Analyze personnel status regarding job\-to\-person fit. 2\. Promote company culture and values. 3\. Design training and personnel development programs for the department. 4\. Design and implement departmental onboarding programs. 5\. Promote the VICHISA management system and adherence to internal control policies and procedures. 1\. SAFETY: Monitor and implement applicable workplace safety requirements. 2\. SOLES: Comply with the SOLES standard and evaluation system for your area. 3\. OPERATIONAL DISCIPLINE (HOE): Participate in the development and implementation of the operational discipline program. 4\. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION: Identify opportunities to implement improvements and projects in your work area and actively participate in plant innovation initiatives. 5\. ISO 9001 and 14001: Participate in actions required to meet performance indicators and necessary SACP’s, applying learned methodology, as well as applying knowledge from TEAM PATH modules (problem analysis and resolution, process improvement, etc.). 6\. HACCP: Understand, apply, and comply with prerequisite procedures/formats and HACCP plans (CCPs) applicable to your process. 7\. EHS: Correctly identify and manage hazardous waste generated in the process. 8\. TRAINING: Understand and acknowledge your responsibilities and commitments to enable self\-development and ensure results as a member of high\-performance teams. 9\. HEALTH: Actively participate in implementing the occupational health and safety administrative system. 10\. SUSTAINABILITY: Actively participate in implementing sustainability plan initiatives. 11\. Responsible for the quality management system 12\. Review and validate that all processes performed within the organization comply with established guidelines and policies. 6\. Technical Advisory and Support to Customers 1\. Development of new container designs and improvements to existing ones. 2\. Monitoring of special events, trials, new products, and operational issues on customer production lines. 3\. Conduct competitive container and market new product analysis (benchmarking) 4\. Provide technical support and assistance for customer\-requested changes and/or improvements. 5\. Training on the use and handling of glass containers on customer production lines. 6\.
