**Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications. * Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). * Track quality department performance indicators (scrap, rework, audits, customer complaints). * Manage and review quality management system documentation (procedures, work instructions, records). * Actively participate in internal and external audits, as well as customer audits. * Implement and maintain Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA. * Provide technical support for quality-related activities concerning new products or engineering changes. * Coordinate containment and validation activities for non-conforming products. * Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Logistics departments to ensure final product quality. * Train operational and technical staff on quality topics and best practices. * Inspection of products from new suppliers * Sample review **Technical Requirements:** * +3 years of experience in a similar position * Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or similar standards. * Quality tools: FMEA, Ishikawa Diagram, 5W2H, Pareto, etc. * Understanding of internal audit processes. * Proficiency in statistical tools (Minitab, advanced Excel). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, Statistical Process Control (SPC). * Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (desirable). * Advanced English proficiency **Required Skills:** * Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement. * Teamwork and interpersonal skills. * Organization, planning, and follow-up. * Attention to detail and focus on adherence to standards. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
