Responsibilities * Promote a customer-centric culture to strengthen client relationships and leverage the Bank's broad relationships, systems, and expertise. * Carry out all operations related to the Products and Services established by the Institution through teller windows, in accordance with policies, procedures, and legal regulations set forth by the Bank. * Contribute as a member of a branch's service team to its success by achieving agreed-upon objectives to deliver high-quality and excellent service to customers, complying with the standards and procedures established by the Bank, and correctly performing all service activities outlined in our Sales and Service Philosophy. * Services must always be provided with respect, kindness, honesty, speed, intelligence, and efficiency in daily interactions to help retain our customers and continue being the best bank in Mexico in terms of service quality.
