Responsibilities: * Coordinate and execute weekly payroll calculations * Supervise payroll stamping and proper generation of XML and CFDI files using viewer tools. * Administer fixed payroll components (Christmas bonus, PTU, vacations, disabilities) and variable components (bonuses, commissions, awards) * Perform calculations and payments for employer-employee social security contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, etc). * Manage affiliation procedures with IMSS: registrations, terminations, and salary modifications (handling SUA, IDSE, SIPARE). * Respond to audits, official notices, and requests from tax and labor authorities. * Conduct accounting reconciliations and match control figures. * Maintain up-to-date employee records in the payroll system. * Support the implementation and migration of payroll ERP systems. * Collaborate with accounting and tax departments in preparing financial reports related to salaries and wages. * Ensure compliance with current tax and labor regulations (SAT, ISR, LFT, REPSE, etc.). Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in public accounting, administration, finance, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience managing payroll for teams of more than 500 employees. * At least 2 years of experience supervising staff or work teams. * Advanced knowledge of labor and tax legislation as applied to salaries and wages. * Proficiency with tools such as SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and tax platforms. * Intermediate level in Excel (pivot tables, formulas). * Experience with payroll systems such as Nomipaq or similar. * Desirable: participation in payroll system implementations.
