**Main Responsibilities:** Conduct direct in-home visits, be responsible for managing and supervising collection activities at customer residences, ensuring efficient and effective debt recovery, as well as recovery of modems and digital boxes. **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school and/or incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree * Flexible availability * Experience in collections, face-to-face customer service, or sales (minimum 6 months or more) * Proactive * Good communication skills * Negotiation skills * Results-oriented * Valid driver's license for private vehicles **We Offer:** * Weekly payments * Monthly base salary (plus bonuses) * Direct hiring by the company * Statutory and additional benefits
