Job Description and Responsibilities
* Review and update the bill of materials, labor requirements, drawings, and work instructions for both new and existing jobs.
* Create wiring diagrams, Mylar labels, terminal list combinations, work instructions, and labeling programs for FAI/FPI jobs/harnesses.
* Support quality control and business processes that underpin the business plan.
* Assist in developing and delivering on-the-job training.
* Contribute to team effectiveness through participation and cooperation.
* Ensure product and process quality by designing work instructions, test methods, verifying finished product and process capabilities, establishing standards, confirming manufacturing processes, and recording time studies versus estimates.
* Complete FAI\-FPI/prototype jobs with production support and ensure a thorough review prior to production launch.
* Build test fixtures for FAI/FPI jobs as required.
* Take photographs and upload them to the corresponding folder in the production unit.
* Conduct time studies and record all times from the production traveler.
Experience and Requirements
* Electrical and mechanical qualification
* English proficiency at 80% (written and spoken)
