Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing activities related to the requisition, receipt, and inventory control of material on the production floor, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness in the area. Requires ability to inspect, transfer, and report materials. **City:** JUAREZ **Country/Region:** Mexico **State:** **Business Area:** Supply Chain **Department:** Supply Chain, Juárez **Employment Type:** Full\-time **Req ID:** 10062 A global position with impact: This position is responsible for performing activities related to the requisition, receipt, and inventory control of warehouse material on the production floor, as well as maintaining order and cleanliness in the area. **Responsibilities and Essential Functions:** * Inspect incoming material for damage and/or discrepancies upon unpacking. * Open boxes and identify material (when required) in the transfer room. * Physically and system-wise transfer materials between different areas (warehouse and production) as required. * Verify material to be returned to the warehouse area and place it in the designated location. * Report any discrepancies to your supervisor or team leader. * Always comply with health and safety rules and regulations. * Always wear personal protective equipment. * Prepare kits according to the production plan. * Post required material correctly to the corresponding order. * Perform cycle counts. * Maintain a safe and clean work area by keeping drawers, material areas, and workstations clean and organized. * Complete assigned training curriculum timely and accurately. **Authority:** * Stop material that appears visually suspicious or damaged upon receipt. * Dispose of damaged products as necessary and notify supervision. * Report safety, quality, and other issues in the warehouse area to the supervisor or immediate manager. **Qualifications / Education:** * High school diploma or incomplete high school education. * Experience as a material handler. * Ability to communicate and interact with others. * Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during the shift. * Ability to write legibly and complete written documentation in compliance with GDP (Good Documentation Practices). **Work Environment:** This is a manufacturing facility; therefore, employees may be exposed to noise, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, machinery, vibrations, or other hazards. **How to Apply:** If you are interested in this position, we invite you to apply as soon as possible through our recruitment system.
