




Position Summary: Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing advisory and operational support to achieve in-store sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. 2. Provide operational support to achieve sales objectives. 3. Develop skills in consultative selling and customer service. Build and maintain positive relationships with the store’s new and existing customers. Deliver positive customer experiences throughout the sales and service process by identifying customer needs and offering the best available solution. Provide in-store operational support to achieve sales targets. * Properly arrange merchandise on the sales floor and in delivery trucks. * Organize excess inventory. * Implement planograms and perform scanning. * Perform store opening and closing tasks. * Assist with cleaning, labeling, and front-facing activities. * Greet customers upon entering the store, offering assistance and guidance based on their requests and available options. * Identify customer requirements and needs, and provide recommendations through counter-based consultative selling, customer service, telephone sales, and counter sales. * Operate ZNET. * Process sales transactions via the cash register using cash, comply with cash register payment policies, and process returns. * High school diploma completed. * Technical studies in automotive technology, mechanics, or related fields (preferred). * Prior experience in mechanics, auto parts stores, or as a commercial advisor. * Availability for a rotating schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
