




Position Summary: Develop relationships with customers, deliver positive sales and service experiences, and provide in-store operational support to achieve sales goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers. 2. Provide consultative sales, customer service, and operational support. 3. Be part of a team that values dedication and growth. Build and maintain positive relationships with the store’s new and existing customers. Deliver positive customer experiences throughout the sales and service process by identifying customer needs and offering the best available solution. Provide in-store operational support to achieve sales objectives. * Properly arrange merchandise on the sales floor and in the truck. * Organize excess inventory. * Create planograms and perform scanning. * Perform store opening and closing tasks. * Assist with cleaning, labeling, and fronting activities. * Greet customers upon entering the store, offering assistance and guidance while presenting available options based on customer requests. * Inquire about customer requirements and needs, and provide recommendations—delivering consultative sales at the counter, customer service, telephone sales, and counter sales. * Operate ZNET. * Process sales transactions via the cash register using cash, adhering to cash handling policies, processing returns. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Technical studies in automotive mechanics, mechanical engineering, or related fields (preferred). * Prior experience in automotive repair, parts stores, or as a commercial advisor. * Availability for a rotating schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
