Position Summary:
Develop positive customer relationships by offering solutions and in-store operational support to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build positive relationships with new and existing customers.
2. Provide in-store operational support to achieve business objectives.
3. Conduct consultative sales and deliver customer service.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with new and existing store customers. Deliver positive customer experiences throughout the sales and service process by identifying customer needs and offering the best available alternatives. Provide in-store operational support to achieve sales targets.
* Properly arrange merchandise on the sales floor and in delivery trucks.
* Organize excess inventory.
* Create planograms and perform scanning.
* Perform store opening and closing tasks.
* Assist with cleaning, labeling, and fronting activities.
* Greet customers upon entering the store, offering assistance and guidance based on their requests and available options.
* Identify customer requirements and needs, and provide recommendations through counter-based consultative sales, customer service, telephone sales, and counter sales.
* Operate ZNET.
* Process sales transactions via cash register using cash payments, adhering to cash handling policies, and processing returns.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Technical studies in automotive technology, mechanics, or related fields (preferred).
* Prior experience in automotive repair, parts retail, or commercial advisory roles.
* Availability for a rotating schedule from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
