Juárez, Chihuahua Objective: Implement the organization's human resources plan to attract, manage, develop, and retain the human capital required for the company to achieve its current and future objectives. Execute established programs to ensure compliance with current and future HR policies and guidelines. These programs may include: recruitment; training; performance evaluation; employee safety and well-being; human resources administration; human resources information systems; payroll; employee communications; employment/industrial/labor relations. Serve as a liaison with managers across various departments to develop and implement action plans supporting local business strategies. **Responsibilities** * Comply with the Federal Labor Law, official regulations, and applicable governmental agency requirements relevant to the company. * Monitor the proper implementation of the Internal Work Regulations at the plant, including continuous updates in accordance with official labor laws and regulations. * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines outlined in the Federal Labor Law. * Develop action plans aimed at positively impacting turnover, absenteeism, discipline, and productivity metrics to support operational objectives. * Administer and improve employee services such as cafeteria, transportation, cleaning, and medical services. * Coordinate employee motivation programs and events at the plant. * Manage compliance with the company's Compensation and Benefits programs. * Monitor and ensure adherence to the Baseline/Onboarding program for new hires. * Manage labor relations and legal/judicial processes in coordination with the company's legal advisor. * Maintain effective relations with the plant's union committee, ensuring regular meetings and follow-up on union requests. **Required Profile.** **Education and Experience**: * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering, and/or 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar position * Experience in human resources development programs **Required Skills and Knowledge:** * Labor relations * Human Resources Management * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law * Knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection systems * Basic knowledge of compensation and benefits * Basic knowledge of Quality Management Systems (IATF 16949\) – Preferred * Knowledge of specific customer requirements * Microsoft Office * Advanced English proficiency. **Competencies** * Communication * Team leadership * Planning and organization * Operational decision-making * Building alliances * Customer focus **Benefits.** * This is an active full-time position offering competitive benefits and compensation. * Equal Opportunity Employer – Inclusive Company
