Summary: The Junior IT Engineer is responsible for providing technical support to users, managing basic IT equipment and systems, as well as assisting in the implementation and maintenance of technological infrastructure within the organization. Responsibilities: * Must be able to install, update, configure, deploy, and remove computer hardware, software, and peripherals. * Provide exemplary customer service to end users. * Follow up on issues until resolution. * Prepare timely and detailed service reports. * Comply with all company procedures and protocols. * Document and communicate all problems and their solutions. * Maintain and develop technical documentation and standards. * User support (hardware, software, peripherals). * Installation and configuration of operating systems. * Diagnose and repair PC/laptop failures. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * English: Intermediate-advanced * Experience with Power BI and Power Apps programs (Plus) * Support for Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365. * Knowledge of service desk * Occasional availability for after-hours support. * Problem-solving and communication skills.
