**Date:** Oct 27, 2025 **Location:** Ciudad Juarez, CHH, MX, 32575 **Company:** Hubbell Incorporated Job Overview We are looking for the next Process Operators to join the Hubbell Plant 2 family A Day In The Life Under the direct supervision of the Production Supervisor, the process operator will be responsible for manufacturing parts, fulfilling the multifunctional requirements of the various activities carried out in the designated area. What will help you thrive in this role? * Follow safety rules and actively participate in the current safety program. * Perform basic production operations in the designated area. * Meet established production goals. * Manufacture parts according to blueprint specifications. * Complete hourly reporting information accurately. * Properly use and wear required personal protective equipment in the production area (safety glasses, ear plugs, smocks, badges, etc.). * Maintain assigned equipment in good custody and excellent condition (PPE). * Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. * Attend and stay up to date on mandatory training courses required for your position. * Master at least one critical operation within the company. * Perform other duties as required by the position. **Hubbell Incorporated** Hubbell creates critical infrastructure solutions that power our customers, communities, people and the planet.
