The selected candidate will be responsible for developing base patterns, making adjustments, grading, and optimizing fabric usage to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This position can be hired on a project basis. Responsibilities: \* Creating patterns for industrial uniforms \* Digitizing patterns and using textile software \* Developing complete sizes and gradings \* Conducting fittings, adjustments, and technical sheets. Requirements: \* Minimum of three years of experience as an industrial pattern maker \* Proficiency in manual and industrial pattern making techniques \* Experience in industrial uniforms \* Ability to operate sewing machines for sample testing \* Knowledge of grading and sizing systems \* Ability to work on a project basis, goal-oriented, and meet defined deadlines.
