Job Description and Activity Details Analyze, design, and improve production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Document procedures, work instructions, and operational standards. Identify bottlenecks, waste, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate in the implementation of new technologies or equipment. Monitor process performance indicators (KPIs) and generate follow-up reports. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Train operational staff in good practices and standardized procedures. Participate in innovation projects and product or process improvements. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering. * Knowledge of IPC\-A\-610, JEDEC, and ISO standards (mandatory requirement). * 2–3 years of experience in electronic engineering, preferably in contract manufacturing or EMS industry (mandatory requirement). * Experience in SMT assembly with solid knowledge of SMT processes and equipment (desirable). * Knowledge of wave soldering, X-ray (XRAY), automated optical inspection (AOI), selective soldering, conformal coating, manual assembly, and box build assembly. * Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Project.
