**CIUDAD JUÁREZ, CHIHUAHUA** **Project Architect Manager** **Mass housing** **Job Responsibilities** * Lead **mass housing** projects from conceptualization to final delivery using technical software: AutoCAD, Revit, Project, SketchUp, among others. * Coordinate activities of assigned personnel. * Control budgets, schedules, and quality using the ERP Enkontrol and PMI management tools. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and external consultants. * Present executive progress reports to senior management and the board. * Supervise compliance with regulatory, technical, environmental, and legal requirements. * Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Promote continuous improvement and process standardization. * Planning and scheduling: define timelines and coordinate human and material resources. * Scope and quality management: ensure the project meets agreed standards. * Risk control: identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential issues or delays. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in this position. * Experience in Mass Housing Project Development. * Availability to work in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. * Immediate availability. **Technical Skills** * Solid background in architecture or engineering: understanding of design, structures, systems, and regulations. * Proficiency in technical software: AutoCAD, Revit, Project, SketchUp, among others. * Knowledge of regulations and codes: building codes, accessibility, safety, sustainability, etc. * Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and budgets.
