**Sanver Group is hiring!** *Hardware Store Warehouse Supervisor* *Work location: Tantoyuca, Veracruz* **Job Objective:** Efficiently control, supervise, and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring proper material storage, timely merchandise replenishment, and error reduction—contributing to reliable inventory management and agile processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and manage orders assigned by the Order Administrator. * Coordinate merchandise picking for distribution across various routes. * Supervise supplier deliveries and proper material storage at the hardware store warehouse. * Perform qualitative and quantitative verification of merchandise picked for local orders. * Supervise and monitor activities of personnel under supervision. * Manage and resolve non-conforming or damaged products according to established procedures. **Requirements:** * Warehouse experience, preferably in hardware retail, retail, or distribution. * Experience supervising operational staff. * Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, and order picking. * Proficiency in warehouse management systems or ERP software, and basic/intermediate Excel skills. * Familiarity with handling shortages, returns, and non-conforming products. * Organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills. * Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail. **Apply today!** Salary: $9,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Employee discount * Special discounts and preferential pricing * Company parking * Discounted cafeteria service * Gym service * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Where do you currently reside?
