Apply best practices for storage and product rotation. **We Are Seeking a Warehouse Supervisor** ***Job Description:*** We are looking for an organized, responsible individual with strong management capabilities to lead our Central Warehouse. In this role, you will be essential in ensuring that our branches always have the necessary products, delivered on time and in full. ***Your Mission:*** Achieve a "Zero Discrepancy" warehouse: accurate inventory, impeccable organization, and efficient replenishment to our stores. ***Key Responsibilities:*** * **Receiving Management:** Vendor receipt and verification of product quality and quantity. **Order Fulfillment:** Preparation and packaging of goods for shipment to branches. * **Inventory Control:** Conducting physical counts, generating stock reports, and investigating discrepancies. * **Organization and Cleanliness:** Applying best practices for storage and product rotation (FIFO). * **Documentation:** Managing receiving notes, warehouse dispatches, and internal transfers. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar role (warehouse manager, inventory assistant, or supervising warehouse clerk). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel (basic\-intermediate level for reporting). * **Skills:** Absolute integrity, strong sense of urgency, physical strength (for handling merchandise), and excellent organizational skills. * Must reside in Xalapa. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary with weekly payment of $2,540 * Fixed schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Day off: Sunday * Job stability and a positive work environment Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $10,160\.00 per week Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
