Position Summary: Supervise the quality and efficiency of aerial and underground FTTH (GPON) network construction, managing teams and resources. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in FTTH network construction projects. 2. Personnel management and supply administration for projects. 3. Knowledge of telecommunications network deployment (FTTH, HFC). POSITION MISSION: * Supervise the quality of aerial and underground FTTH (GPON) network construction work performed by personnel assigned to your charge. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Receive projects generated within the department and assign them to technicians for efficient execution. - Ensure that crews under your supervision carry out FTTH network construction work in compliance with established standards. - Administer work supplies, preparing corresponding activity reports to ensure availability of materials, equipment, and tools. - Ensure crews meet daily productivity requirements. REQUIREMENTS: - Technical High School Diploma or University Technical Degree in electronics, electricity, industrial mechanics, electromechanics, and/or related fields. - 2 years of experience in telecommunications network construction. - Class B driver's license - Proficiency in standard procedures - Knowledge of telecommunications network deployment (FTTH, HFC). - Personnel, material, and permit management (government procedures, public works, CFE).
