




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring product quality and process compliance through inspections, testing, and verification of materials and production. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures product quality through rigorous inspections and testing. 2. Actively participates in continuous improvement and process compliance. 3. Collaborates in detecting and correcting production deviations. 1 Use the designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for your activities. 2 Keep your work area and equipment clean, safe, and organized. 3 Through routine activities, address significant environmental aspects. 4 Participate in training courses and/or programs provided. 5 Observe compliance with applicable procedures. 6 Conduct production process inspections using the corresponding form. 7 Perform temperature tests on plastic threaded products and compounds at the start of each production run. 8 Perform porosity tests on blanks exiting the injection molding process. 9 In case of detecting process deviations, generate a Product Hold Report and notify the Supervisor, Plant Manager, Process Supervisor, and/or Injection Process Leader to implement necessary corrective actions. 10 Verify that non-conforming products are segregated on the production line according to final design requirements or Work Instructions. 11 Verify/release the product prior to warehouse entry by signing the corresponding form, ensuring the product meets all requirements. 12 Conduct raw material inspections and record them in the Receiving Inspection Record. 13 Verify the process documentation during release. 14 Perform at least two product inspection rounds on the production floor.
