In this position, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all inventory operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in handling our resources. **Responsibilities:** * Manage physical inventory control and tracking. * Analyze inventory stock margins. * Perform inventory adjustments for warehouses. * Supervise warehouse staff to ensure application of the FIFO method. * Place orders and register them in the system. * Record outgoing shipments and inter-warehouse transfers in the system. * Receive goods and register them in the system. * Handle and schedule customer orders assigned by the Sales Department. * Review the monthly purchase report. * Deliver area monitoring and control reports according to established timelines. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure product availability. * Analyze inventory data to make informed decisions. * Implement inventory management systems to improve efficiency. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in inventory management. * Knowledge of inventory management systems. * Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. * Leadership and coordination skills. * Familiarity with domestic and international routes. * Experience operating vehicles with a minimum capacity of 3\.5 tons. * Valid driver’s license. **Benefits:** * We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment. * You will have opportunities for professional development. * A workplace culture that values excellence and commitment.
