Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: \- Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production equipment and facilities. \- Ensure high equipment availability and reliability to support production targets and customer requirements. \- Lead and develop the maintenance team, including technicians, supervisors, and external contractors. \- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and cost\-control initiatives. \- Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Safety departments. \- Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO standards, OSHA). \- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). \- Oversee corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and major equipment repairs. \- Support capital projects, equipment installation, and commissioning activities in coordination with Engineering and Projects teams. \- Analyze maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, downtime, OEE) and implement action plans for improvement. Education / Qualifications Required Qualifications: \- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. \- Minimum of 7–10 years of maintenance experience in an automotive or high\-volume manufacturing environment. \- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams. \- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, automation systems, and manufacturing processes.
