Provide technical support to users (hardware and software). 4\. Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications. 5\. Monitor cybersecurity and data backups. 6\. Administer databases and ensure their integrity. 7\. Implement security policies and access controls. 8\. Diagnose and resolve system, network, and equipment failures. 9\. Document procedures, technical manuals, and configurations. 10\. Evaluate and propose technological improvements. 11\. Coordinate software and hardware implementation projects. 12\. Manage software licenses and technological assets. 13\. Provide basic user training. 14\.
