We are looking for individuals to join our team and contribute to the company’s growth. · Job Objective: Responsible for supervising, controlling, and managing resources involved in distribution and warehouse operations to achieve established service levels and operational standards, while ensuring workplace safety and health conditions. Responsible for regulating outbound shipments as well as coordinating delivery personnel, distribution assistants, and warehouse staff to satisfactorily meet sales-agreed commitments. · Requirements: *Engineering or related bachelor’s degree (degree holder). *Gender: Unrestricted. *SAP proficiency (desirable). *Implementation of 5S methodology. *Excel proficiency. *1 year of experience as a distribution and warehouse coordinator, operations, or logistics in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies. *Flexible working hours availability. · Responsibilities include: *Ensuring product distribution execution, guaranteeing service levels agreed upon with the Sales department. *Guaranteeing execution of warehouse processes (inventory management, FIFO, shipments, etc.). *Managing assigned vehicles, ensuring availability, appearance, and proper operation in compliance with operational standards. *Verifying product loading and timely dispatch of routes. *Coordinating end-of-day activities including cash reconciliation, documentation, product, and packaging settlement to close the sales cycle and comply with administrative controls. *Achieving established departmental objectives. · We offer: *Competitive salary. *Above-average Christmas bonus. *Savings fund. *Savings box. *Profit sharing. *Direct employment with the company. · At Heineken Mexico, we want to hear from you.
