Job Summary: The Quality Assistant supervises inspections, reports damages, follows up on repairs, and serves customers, ensuring quality standards in the automotive industry. Key Highlights: 1. Our Quality Assistant will be responsible for supervising vehicle inspection processes at ports and external yards, ensuring accurate damage reporting, following up on repairs, and addressing customer requests, thereby guaranteeing compliance with established quality standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise vehicle inspection activities and assigned personnel. Prepare and submit damage reports upon vehicle receipt and delivery. Follow up on repairs and incidents according to customer instructions. Conduct operational audits to ensure FOS compliance. Respond to customer, inspection agency, and external party requests and visits. Verify correct information entry into the SGT system and proper use of inspection tools. Work Schedule Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00 hrs. Availability to rotate shifts for one week to the evening shift (14:00–21:00 hrs), subject to operational requirements. Requirements a) Education and/or Experience Industrial Engineering degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in quality roles within the automotive industry. Experience in supervision and management of operational staff. b) Competencies Knowledge of internal auditing and AIAG standards. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel mandatory). Leadership, organization, and follow-up skills. Decision-making ability, conflict management, and adherence to standards. Skills Inspection supervision, damage reporting, operational auditing, repair follow-up, customer service, leadership, information analysis, quality standard control and compliance.
