It operates in all states of the country, has more than 118,000 employees and is one of the **top 10 employers in Mexico.** It consists of three business units: Tiendas Coppel, Afore Coppel and BanCoppel. **Position objective:** Provide memorable service to all customers requiring billing, after-sales services, and/or account payments, in a personalized, fast and friendly manner, encouraging them to return to Tienda Coppel. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform operational tasks such as merchandise payment collection, refunds, withdrawals and general cash register closing from any department, among other duties assigned according to established procedures in the Store Manual, thus providing greater operational support to the store. * Provide excellent customer service through merchandise payment collection and packing, and offer after-sales services that encourage customers to return to Tienda Coppel. * Deliver after-sales service to customers according to processes described in the Store Manual to resolve needs and concerns, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. * Provide basic financial services (payment collections, agreements, Bancoppel agency services, as well as referring customers to the New Customers module for credit processing) from Grupo Coppel, applying procedures and scripts outlined in the Store Manual to offer customers broader transaction coverage. * Receive customer payments according to procedures established in the Store Manual to provide a memorable service experience. * Assist in cleaning, organizing and selling merchandise according to procedures established in the Store Manual to deliver a memorable service. * Participate in activities that promote Coppel culture, as well as in the development and achievement of goals for personal growth. * Comply with appearance and customer interaction standards according to Customer Service Standards to deliver a memorable service. * Ensure proper handling of monetary resources according to processes established in the Store Manual to prevent discrepancies in partial withdrawals and cash register closings. * Check pending items and assist in merchandise delivery processes as described in the Store Manual to provide good customer service. * Digitize customers who give their authorization by entering into the system their email, phone number and general information, aiming to increase the digital customer base. * Ensure lines are dispersed when more than 3 customers form at the checkout point, according to processes described in the Store Manual, to serve customers effectively. **Required profile:** * **High school diploma.** * Experience in cash handling.
