Job Description: At Cuétara, a leading company in the food industry, we are looking for an Auto Sales Liquidator for our Distribution Center. We seek someone with your experience to ensure efficient, orderly, and timely processes, contributing to the growth and success of our team. We would love for you to join this great company! ### **PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:** * Income verification and inconsistency detection * Invoice vs. bank slip review, precise reconciliations, identification of discrepancies. * Accurate recording of transactions, document handling, process tracking * Identification of error patterns, detection of potential fraud or improper practices. * Validation of consistency among sales, collections, and inventory. * Daily closings, requiring speed without sacrificing accuracy. * Explaining discrepancies to sales representatives, reporting incidents to supervisors, managing conflicts without unnecessary escalation. * Use of ERP or sales systems, data entry and validation, report generation. * Timely delivery of information, adherence to closing schedules. * Coordination with sales, warehouse, and administration, ensuring proper information flow. ### **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree. * Desired experience in commercial or marketing roles. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Planning, organization, and control of area activities. **HOURS:** Monday to Friday 08:30 am\- 18:30 pm; Saturday 09:00 am\- 12:00 pm
