




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle accounting administration, invoicing, and tracking of account statements and invoice folios, using the SAE system and Excel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accounting administration and invoicing. 2. Daily management of customer account statements. 3. Preparation of payment complements and income reports. Use of the SAE system Management of various activities in Excel Daily handling of customer account statements Invoicing, downloading from SAE, and comparative data entry Tracking of stamped or canceled invoice folios Preparation of payment complements Monthly detailed income report Comparison of customer deposits applied Reconciliation of SAT CFDIs and SAE SEFIPLAN payments at banking institutions . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 26 and 30 years old Knowledge: Accounting administration, Invoicing, Microsoft Excel, Reporting, SAE, Tracking Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, accountant, paymaster, controller, bookkeeper, billing clerk, treasurer, administrative accountant
