Quality and Production Assurance Engineer \- Meat Industry We seek a professional committed to operational excellence and food safety to lead our quality processes. If you are a Food Engineer or Agro-industrial Engineer with passion for the meat industry, we want to meet you. **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, or related field (degree required). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 verifiable years in the meat industry (must include hands-on experience in deboning, cutting, marinating, sausages, or packaging). * **Area:** Solid background in Quality Assurance or Production. **Technical and Regulatory Expertise:** * **HACCP:** Advanced experience in designing, implementing, validating, and maintaining the system. * **Mexican Regulations:** Thorough knowledge of NOM\-213 (Meat Products), NOM\-051 (Labeling), and NOM\-251 (Hygiene). * **Regulatory Management:** Ability to handle audits and manage procedures with COFEPRIS and SENASICA. **Your Responsibilities:** * Supervision and training of operational staff on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Critical Control Points (CCPs). * Laboratory analysis and interpretation of results for decision-making. * Yield loss control and production yield optimization. * Immediate corrective actions in response to process deviations.
