**Leading national technology implementation company** is seeking to develop your talent as a **TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER**, due to growth. **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience (internships accepted) * Technical support experience. * Availability to travel within the region. **Education:** Technical degree in Systems or Computer Science, or related field — Systems Engineering degree. **Specific Knowledge:** * Knowledge of backup creation, formatting, and software and hardware installation. * Basic knowledge of structured cabling. * Knowledge of protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and configuration of new equipment with Windows 10 or later operating systems. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. * Repair of computers and peripherals. * Configuration of security policies. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral devices. **We offer:** * Base monthly salary of 12,000 pesos, tax-free. * Travel allowances (local travel within the region) * Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (half-day, depending on location)
