Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Engineer or Technician with experience in remote and on-site support to perform configuration, maintenance, and repair of equipment, as well as software installation and security. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive technical support role including software and hardware configuration 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment 3. Management of IT security and networks **Education:** Systems Engineering degree, Systems Technician, or Computer Science qualification **Experience:** · Minimum 6 months of experience in Remote and/or On-site Support **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computers and peripheral devices · Configuration of security policies · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Development of infrastructure projects for structured cabling **Knowledge Requirements:** · Creation of backups, formatting, and installation of software and hardware · Basic knowledge of structured cabling · Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections **Salary:** $12,000 MXN per month (take-home pay) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $9,000.00 \- $10,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Higher Technician qualification (Preferred) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
