




Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Assistant with an operational focus to provide first-level technical support, maintain computer equipment, software, and peripherals, and document incidents. Software and peripheral installation/configuration Systems Assistant (Technical Support) We are looking for **2 IT Assistants**, fully operationally focused, to deliver **first-level technical support**, ensure stable operation of equipment and peripherals, and execute the maintenance program according to IT department standards. Position Mission Provide first-level technical support to users and maintain stable operation of **equipment, software, and peripherals**, **document incidents**, and implement the maintenance, backup, and support program. Key Responsibilities * **Preventive and corrective** maintenance of computer equipment, printers, and scanners. * Software (e.g., AutoCAD, Contpaq, Neodata) and peripheral installation/configuration. * Technical support to users (remote and on-site) and request tracking. * Support for **LAN networks**, shared resources, and basic connectivity topics. * Execution of backups and support for service availability/continuity. Requirements * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or Systems Science (candidate or graduate). * **Experience:** 2 years (Systems Assistant/Technician or similar roles). * **Knowledge:** * Operating system installation, remote support (TeamViewer/AnyDesk), Office suite. * PC/laptop, printer, scanner, and telephone system maintenance. * LAN network maintenance, network resources, and topology fundamentals. * CCTV maintenance / basic Windows Server administration. Ideal Candidate Profile * Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented. * Sense of urgency, clear communication, and service orientation. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and disciplined regarding IT policies.
