Your primary objective will be to guide, motivate, and supervise your team to ensure goal achievement, optimize daily processes, and maintain the highest service quality standards. **Your main challenges will be:** * **Lead and motivate:** Supervise your team’s daily performance, fostering an excellent work environment and skill development. * **Goal attainment:** Monitor and ensure the team achieves departmental KPIs (loan disbursement, customer service, follow-up, collections). * **Operational optimization:** Identify opportunities for improvement in current processes and propose enhancements to make workflows more efficient. * **Training:** Ensure all personnel under your supervision master our tools, policies, and customer service strategies. * **Problem resolution:** Resolve operational incidents and serve as a strategic support point for the team. **What are we looking for in you?** * **Education:** High school diploma or bachelor’s degree. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years leading teams, coordinating operations, or serving as a supervisor (experience in the financial sector, microloans, vouchers, or customer service is preferred). * **Skills:** * Strong leadership, empathy, and assertive communication. * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability. **What do we offer you?** * Competitive base salary * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, vacation days, year-end bonus). * Real growth opportunities * A collaborative, dynamic, and challenging work environment.
