Proactivity and time availability required We Are Seeking Collection Agents 100% fieldwork involving home visits to clients for collection activities; work schedule from Monday to Sunday with 1 day off during the week; working hours from 9 AM to 7 PM with a 2-hour lunch break. Requirements: * Valid INE (National Electoral Institute ID) * Motorcycle Driver's License * Motorcycle Driving Experience * Experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Collections * High School Diploma (incomplete high school education acceptable) * Proactive attitude and time availability We Offer: Base salary of $2500 per week plus commissions, statutory benefits, work tools, uniforms, and continuous training
