We are a telecommunications company focused on deploying fiber-optic infrastructure, bringing connectivity to communities where internet access is limited. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation and activation of fiber-optic internet services * Cable laying and handling * Basic equipment configuration * Direct customer service during installation * Field-based troubleshooting and fault resolution * Reporting of activities and work evidence **Requirements:** * Education: Junior high school or high school diploma (technical training in telecommunications or related field preferred) * Experience in fiber-optic or cabling installations (preferred) * Basic knowledge of networks and tool usage * Proficiency with installation tools (ladder, drill, punch-down tool, etc.) * Availability for fieldwork * Valid driver's license (preferred) **Skills:** * Responsibility and punctuality * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Problem-solving ability **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ bonuses * Continuous training * Work tools * Opportunity for growth within the company * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $10,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
