We’re looking for your talent for the position of: Operational Manager. Education: * Completed high school diploma (minimum) Key Responsibilities: * Daily supervision and coordination of restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service and food preparation meeting quality and efficiency standards. * Improve operational efficiency by optimizing production and service processes to reduce waiting times. * Ensure proper onboarding training for newly hired staff. * Conduct mandatory orientation and training for newly hired staff. * Responsible for daily operational coordination to guarantee customer service and attention. * Responsible for promptly addressing complaints and/or suggestions. * Monitor that each department correctly performs its duties and adheres to customer service protocols. * Assist the manager with administrative tasks. * And other related duties.
