Senior Physical Security Representative

Description

Position Summary: Coordinate and manage physical security operations, including audits, training, and compliance with policies and procedures to ensure information protection. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage physical security operations and awareness programs. 2. Conduct security audits and prepare risk assessment reports. 3. Coordinate evacuation drills and security training. * Report findings to the Security Operations team (Security Operations Supervisor and Senior/Manager Security Lead) * Various security-related policies and procedures, standard services, and client-specific requirements * Industry-specific standards such as PCI DSS, FFIEC, HIPAA, and SOC2; conduct audits of assigned sites related to the above-mentioned areas * Assist in developing training programs to address identified deficiencies. Additionally, ensure physical security operations at assigned sites * Maintain relationships with security and systems service providers to ensure timely delivery of services for system maintenance and upgrades * Coordinate and conduct biannual fire evacuation drills at facilities, as well as perform audits and training sessions for Emergency Response Officers (EROs), Security Officers (SOs), and Shift Supervisors * Implement and manage an employee security awareness program to ensure compliance with CNX’s physical security and information protection requirements * Manage all maintenance contracts for security systems covering all installed and future security technology across all locations * Conduct on-site and off-site physical security assessments and prepare risk assessment reports * Coordinate and conduct biannual fire evacuation drills at facilities, as well as perform audits and training sessions for Emergency Response Officers (EROs), Security Officers (SOs), and Shift Supervisors * Implement and manage an employee security awareness program to ensure compliance with CNX’s physical security and information protection requirements * Manage all maintenance contracts for security systems covering all installed and future security technology across all locations * Conduct on-site and off-site physical security assessments and prepare risk assessment reports
