Our specialty is sourdough and high-quality products. Founded in 2017, we seek professionals passionate about the food and beverage industry who wish to grow with us and become part of a dynamic team. **Job Requirements** ***Experience and Education*** * Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or food establishment management (Mandatory) * Completed high school diploma (Mandatory) * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Gastronomy, or related field (Preferred) * Food hygiene handling certification (Preferred) ***Technical Knowledge*** * Management of operational staff and team coordination * Inventory, cost, and sales control * Analysis of financial indicators (P\&L, budgets) * Point-of-sale (POS) system operation * Store opening and closing procedures * Cash reconciliation and cash control ***Personal Competencies*** * Operational leadership and decision-making * Customer service orientation * Problem-solving under pressure * Responsibility, organization, and proactivity * Excellent communication skills * Availability for rotating shifts ***Functions and Responsibilities*** Operational Management * Coordinate and supervise shift personnel * Organize and assign shift tasks * Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction * Support operational activities as needed * Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations ***Financial Control*** * Shrinkage and inventory control * Supervision of cash reconciliations * Performance metric analysis (sales, average ticket) * Achievement of established targets and budgets * Operational cost control Personnel Management * Report payroll-related incidents * Ongoing team training * Staff performance evaluation * Internal conflict resolution ***Other Responsibilities*** * Supplier relationship management * Implement strategies to enhance customer experience * Submission of operational reports to management **We Offer Compensation** * Base salary: $11,000 \- $14,000 monthly * Bonuses for target achievement * Grocery vouchers Benefits * IMSS and statutory benefits * Meals provided during shifts * Guaranteed rest days per week * Uniforms provided **Professional Development** * Continuous training * Opportunities for advancement within the chain * Dynamic and professional work environment **Work Modality On-site** ***Selection Process*** Interested candidates must submit: 1\.
