Job Summary: Perform route driving and delivery of goods to commercial customers on local routes, meeting delivery time requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction, with support provided at the sales counter. Operation of standard vehicles and compliance with vehicle policies **Job Description** Drive from the HUB to assigned local routes using the vehicle designated by AutoZone to ensure full coverage of the HUB’s daily delivery routes, delivering goods to commercial customers while adhering to pickup time requirements, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and complying with established policies governing the use of the assigned vehicle to guarantee customer satisfaction **Responsibilities** * Deliver goods on local routes to commercial customers within required timeframes, utilizing the assigned vehicle to achieve customer satisfaction and successful sales closure with AutoZone’s commercial customers. * Provide support activities at the sales counter through the Commercial Program module by assisting in-person or telephone customers with inquiries regarding product availability, specifications, or functionality. * Complete the vehicle inspection checklist accurately by properly filling out the logbook. * Report and follow up on vehicle incidents with the Commercial Manager. Process cash payments against invoices and credit card transactions correctly to support the product delivery process and sales closure. * **Requirements** * Completed high school education * One or two years of experience * Prior experience as a driver of any type of vehicle * Valid driver’s license * Must be over 21 years of age * Experience operating standard vehicles (e.g., Spark) AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
