Interdepartmental collaboration for quality standards **Kryo Tecnología S.A. de C.V. is seeking a Quality Technician in Fracc Rancho Blanco – Jilotzingo, State of Mexico** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Objective:** To carry out quality control and assurance activities for the company’s products and processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards, applicable regulations, and cold chain specifications, thereby supporting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Perform quality controls and tests on products and processes according to established procedures. * Record, analyze, and report quality test and inspection results. * Identify deviations or non-conformities and notify the Quality Coordinator for corrective actions. * Support implementation of improvements in quality processes and procedures. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure products meet cold chain standards and customer specifications. * Participate in internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation. * Maintain order and control of materials, records, and equipment used in quality activities. **Required Experience:** 6 months to 1 year of experience in quality control areas, preferably in pharmaceutical, food, or cold chain companies. Experience in conducting tests, performing controls, recording results, identifying deviations, and supporting corrective actions under the supervision of the Quality Coordinator.
