Position Summary: We are seeking a technician to provide user support, install/configure hardware/software, and maintain systems while collaborating with the IT team. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to users and system maintenance. 2. Active collaboration within the IT team. 3. Installation and configuration of hardware and software. **Requirements:** * Gender: Unrestricted * Minimum Education Level: Technical Higher Education * Essential knowledge of core responsibilities. **Core Responsibilities** * Provide technical support assistance to users. * Assist in hardware and software installation and/or configuration. * Install and update operating systems and software. * Perform data backups and restoration. * Assist in network configuration and maintain system security. * Collaborate with the IT team. * Multifunctional role within the department.
