Your responsibilities: Perform financial transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, currency exchange, informing customers about their transaction status, among others. Advise customers on product and service features and benefits. Identify and refer business opportunities among current or potential clients to sales executives. Perform administrative tasks such as checkbook and card control, cash replenishment for ATMs, cash drawer balancing, among others. Requirements: Completed bachelor's degree or engineering. Proactive attitude and dedication to delivering the best customer experience. Interest in sales. Skill in cashier operations, focused and quick handling of cash and other valuables (cash handling proficiency). Preferred qualifications: * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance. * 12\-18 months of experience in sales and/or cash handling. * Strong interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues. * Ability to handle objections and meet customer needs. * Negotiation and teamwork skills. * Results-oriented work capacity. * Sales knowledge. * Familiarity with mobile applications (especially banking apps). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
