We also power Zendipia, a platform to discover events, experiences, and activities by city. Role Objective We seek a candidate who will serve as the creative, operational, and analytical hub for our social media and content efforts, with a concrete focus on metrics, growth, and conversion across two brands (Onefacture and Zendipia). Ideal Profile Experience: 1–2 years Age: 22–35 years • Portfolio: Preferred (examples of content: reels, campaigns, designs, accounts, etc.). • Interest and judgment: ability to manage content for two distinct brand lines Responsibilities • Design and execute digital content strategies aligned with marketing and communication objectives for Onefacture and Zendipia. • Manage and schedule social media, blog, and other digital channel publications. • Create and coordinate content assets: copy, scripts, formats, campaign ideas, and high-impact posts. • At Zendipia: curate, register, and update events (key data, categories, highlights) in internal repositories and portals. • Participate in video production planning: concept, script, storyboard, set, framing, lighting, audio, and required shots. • Engage with the community: respond promptly and consistently to comments, direct messages, and mentions, maintaining each brand’s voice. • Monitor and analyze metrics (engagement, reach, growth, CTR, leads, etc.) and deliver reports with actionable insights and recommendations. • Identify content and growth trends and opportunities (formats, topics, collaborations). • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns, needs, and communications. • Design and/or edit visual assets (graphics and video) at a basic-to-intermediate level for promotion and distribution. • Use AI tools to optimize ideas, scripts, subtitles, audio, editing, and productivity. • Attend events, experiences, cultural spaces, gastronomic activities, forums, presentations, interviews, or tours to generate content. Requirements • Proficiency in content management and publishing tools. • Ability to analyze metrics and translate data into decisions. • Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, human, persuasive copy). • Creativity and strategic thinking oriented toward results. • Empathy and customer/user orientation to manage interactions and resolve inquiries. • Organization, autonomy, and adaptability to changes in the digital landscape. Desired Tools and Knowledge (Bonus) • Figma, Canva, Adobe (basic/intermediate), and/or DaVinci Resolve / CapCut for video editing. • Google Sheets / Excel for reporting and tracking. • UTMs, funnel and conversion fundamentals (landing pages/apps/WhatsApp). • Experience with digital products (apps/SaaS) or communities.
