Responsibilities: Assist customers with required banking services: account opening, data updates, card replacements, payroll portability, AFOREs, investment accounts, among others. Main Responsibilities * Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products and services, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit. * Ensure correct implementation and execution of customer acquisition, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. * Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on offered products and services. * Become certified as an AFORE Promoter Agent. * Cambaceo: promotion of products outside the point of sale (1–2 hrs.). * Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. * Treat customers respectfully and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat business and referrals. Ideal Candidate Profile * Strong verbal communication skills. * Enjoys interacting with customers. * Experience in placing financial products and providing savings, investment, and insurance services (preferred). * Knowledge of AFOREs (preferred). * Goal- and objective-oriented. * Experience in field-based customer prospecting or cambaceo activities. * Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/evening) and weekends. * Integrity in performing duties. Value Proposition * Base salary starting at: $2,000 per week. * Weekly commissions starting at: $860 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, 15-day Christmas bonus per year—increasing with seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM and 12:00 PM–9:00 PM.
