This role is not merely about configuring tickets; it requires integrating ServiceNow with development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps) to ensure software deployments are rapid and secure. Key Responsibilities * **Deployment Automation:** You will use advanced modules such as **ChangeVelocity** to automatically generate change records in ServiceNow upon code changes, eliminating manual tasks. * **Modern Release Management:** You will implement **Digital Product Release (DPR)** to orchestrate digital product releases from planning through delivery, ensuring compliance with corporate policies. * **ITSM Development:** You will configure and optimize traditional Incident, Problem, and Change workflows under the **ITIL v4** framework. * **Technical Integrations:** You will build connections via **APIs (REST/SOAP)** enabling ServiceNow to "communicate" with other enterprise systems. * **Process Design:** You will use **BPMN 2\.0 and UML** to diagram and document how processes should function before coding them.
